Grahame Scriven - Chief Executive Officer

Grahame is the CEO of Agility Consulting. Prior to founding Agility Consulting in 1995, Grahame’s consulting experience includes establishing the Sydney Financial Management Consulting practice at Deloitte Consulting and a 2 year period at Ernst and Young Consulting. 

Grahame’s extensive thought leadership and experience in advanced financial management technology enable him to recognise available opportunities for Agility clients’ to improve their business performance. Grahame has a focus on delivering multiple dimensions of profitability for large organisations across a number of industries including financial services, higher education, commercial and government.

Grahame Scriven

 

 

Christopher Woo - Partner 

Chris has 15 years experience in performance management, financial management and information technology projects. Chris has substantial experience in project management and in introducing change initiatives in large organisations, using a pragmatic and results orientated approach.

Chris has recently consulted to a number of major financial services, telecommunication and university organisations on a number of strategic cost management and product performance initiatives.

Bernadette McKay - Partner

Bernadette has over 10 years project management experience delivering financial management and profitability reporting solutions in the financial services, education and utilities sectors. She has consolidated her accounting and general management experience through the successful completion on an MBA and is Project Management certified.

In particular she has detailed experience of long-term business forecasting, strong analytical and business planning skills and experience in compliance reporting and profitability management.

Bernadette McKay

 

Lindsay Sherman - Partner

Lindsay has over 18 years experience in enterprise performance management. With a management accounting background, Lindsay has a depth of process and change management experience. She has a passion for ensuring that performance management projects align with strategic corporate objectives.

Lindsay has managed a number of large projects (up to $10M and 30 staff) and is comfortable dealing with executive management and managing the varying interests of multiple stakeholders.
Lindsay is a certified Project Manager and has industry skills in finance and banking, higher education, airlines and state government.
