Grahame Scriven - Chief Executive Officer

Grahame Scriven has more than 20 years' experience in implementing business improvement. His focus is on building capability in medium-large organisations to identify where value is created. These projects can take the form of reviews, design, systems implementation, change management and interim executive management. He has worked for large clients in the public and private sectors. Prior to establishing Agility, Grahame worked for Ernst & Young Consulting and Deloitte Consulting.

“Many ‘off the shelf’ solutions have ultimately proved disappointing in their ability to give management the information they need to run the business and make informed decisions. Agility takes more of a ‘workshop’ approach – we explore with management the nature of their challenges and work with them to solve those challenges. So, rather than offering a solution in search of a problem, at Agility we utilise our kitbag of ideas and tools to establish the issues and supply a solution that adopts to the needs of the organisation.” Grahame Scriven

Robert Muir - Principal Consultant

Robert Muir has broad experience dealing with major strategic and operational issues facing large organisations in Australia, and how those issues are woven into management information systems. He has developed and implemented Activity Based Management systems in the securities industry, funds management, life insurance, telecommunications, retail banks and institutional banking.

“Organisations change and evolve so fast today they need the tools to be able to make decisions ‘on the run.’ Many information systems just can’t keep up and lock the ability to provide an instant, multidimensional update of the business. Our solutions address the elusive ‘light/loose’ paradox: whilst they are built within traditional systems conventions to ensure reliability, consistency and data integrity, they are also built with the ‘what if?’ capability to address evolving business scenarios. Our solutions can answer questions such as: What is the financial impact of moving customers to a new distribution channel? What can we save from outsourcing process Y? What incremental costs would be incurred from acquiring company X? Where do we start improving processes? And what’s really satisfying is that we leave behind the tools for companies to answer their own questions.” Robert Muir
