Project Management

Agility's guiding principle is to ensure that the client always controls the project, with Agility acting in the background in a technical advisory and project management role.

A staged approach provides for deliverables at the conclusion of each stage of the project. Joint project team environments, regular consultation and feedback ensure stakeholders are involved with every phase.

Strict project management disciplines are applied:

• utilisation of recognised project planning methodologies;

• carefully defined project scope, phasing, steps and deliverables;

• preparation of project charters and project plans;

• regular status reports, issue logs and remedial action plans;

• client confirmation at completion of each milestone.

In delivering solutions to clients we may utilise dedicated analysis tools such as those to support an ABC/M or CRM framework, or we may deploy generic database and spreadsheet packages. Our consultants have strong skills in implementing many software solutions and thus we are not constrained when exploring options for our clients. We adopt a phased approach to meet our clients’ needs with defined deliverables at the completion of each phase.
